Let me start by saying I hate writing bios because I’m not good at it. Now with that said…
Hi my name’s Lily and I live in Mankato, Minnesota, or as I like to call it, Minnesnowta.
I started broadcasting back in 2003 on an old station called GW Radio and have broadcasted on many more since then. I became interested in it after listening to a really good friend of mine and wanted to try it. I found I liked it and now it’s one of my favorite hobbies.
Some of my other favorite things to do are, sing, write, read, cook and take care of my cat, Ozzy. (Ozzy was named after Ozzy Osbourne, one of my favorite singers).
I love all types of music especially classic rock, techno, irish, celtic, metal and even some classical.
When not DJing, I am trained in medical transcription and am in training for teaching braille. I would like to teach in a school or training center. I’d also love to do home visits if needed to teach children and the elderly as well.
I love to have fun and am known to be a bit of a prankster. Growing up my brothers and I used to have prank wars and I usually won unless my mother stopped the war, then it was a draw.
Unusual tidbits: I love to collect tigers, dragons, angels, dolphins and windchimes.
